Anxiety is the body expressing fear, and feeling unsafe.
By traveling to the place or experience within where your fear is stored you can release it and make more space for self trust and trusting the world around you.
You may not remember the original source of your anxiety, as this is often covered in layers of emotion and behaviour that build up over time. A session with a professionally trained energy and body reader will reveal each layer so that you can release what you no longer wish to be influenced by.
