Home in your body holds the space to help you to grow and deepen your self affinity, to connect with your body’s wisdom and to feel your heart’s desires. Developing self acceptance and the ability to listen to your body creates harmony and leads to positive emotions, good health and inner peace.

You may be someone who wants to get beyond repetitive thought patterns, and delve in to your true source of information about what you feel and what you want to do. This course is suitable for all levels from the absolute beginner who has never tried to meditate before to those with years of experience.

Each module consists of 3-5 meditations totalling approximately 60/70 minutes, building up from 5 minute meditations to 25 minutes as you progress. See detailed information for the subjects covered in each module.

How long does it take?
Home in your body can be taken in the course of 6-8 weeks – or paced at your own speed to match your life. The minimum amount of time per module is 2 hours, we recommend taking a minimum of 1-2 weeks per module as some of the meditations and practices you may want to do more than once in order to integrate your awareness, your mind, body and spirit. This e-course will be available to you for 6 months. During this period of time you will have access to all the meditations, videos and worksheets. Meditations are available to purchase separately if you wish to keep them to continue your practice.
