Inner Calm is an ongoing series of meditations that stand alone or together create a transformative journey towards inner calm and vitality. These meditations are created to guide you through releasing thoughts, beliefs and emotions that create stress, agitation, worry. They help you to choose your emotional state in order to feel peace and clarity in the present moment. Allowing yourself the time and space to take these journeys within will help you to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and develop your own natural pace and rhythm.
These are powerful self healing experiences that can be used again and again. Suitable for the absolute beginner to those with experience meditating.
