So often “meditation” is associated with religion, or strict practice. There is even the idea that you must be able to “master” your body in order to meditate “properly”. These practices are born from the absolute faith that all your answers are within. They are created with utmost respect for each persons right to have space and be present in their body, mind and life. These meditations are designed to help you to connect with yourself – your authentic presence, your spirit and your body – so that you can feel energized and fully present in your life.

You will be guided through releasing tension from your body, and clearing your mind so that you can have clarity and space for you. CLEAR YOUR MIND – BE PRESENT IN YOUR BODY – Track 2:

In the first part of this meditation you will be guided through de-stressing your body, and clearing your mind so that you can have clarity and mental space.
