Soulhouse uses the tools of meditation, mindfulness, envisioning and creativity to help students achieve their full potential, whilst maintaining a healthy, happy, well balanced state of being.

Meditation is a powerful practice that helps you to “dissolve” stress and prevent stress. It clears your mind for easier learning and increases your ability to listen, to focus and to connect with the subject.
Meditation for Creativity
Meditation – present moment training is known for helping you to transform absorbed knowledge into creative solutions. The Soulhouse method trains your ability to visualize and envision, powerful abilities when harnessed positively. At the core of The Soulhouse Method is the value that we create our experiences from within on many levels. Students will be taught to envision achieving their goals, and to set powerful and conscious intentions in all areas of their learning and life.
Meditation for Self Awareness, Self Esteem and Positive Presence
Time for inner listening and connecting with their bodies, helps students to feel themselves – physically and emotionally. The practice of tuning in helps them to become clear on their boundaries, what their true emotions are – to grow confidence in being present authentically. Regular meditation helps the body and brain to create new connections and positive emotions.
Meditation for the Community
Students in touch with themselves, who have created a sense of identity, space and self worth naturally tend towards empathy. Real respect and value for yourself flows naturally into respect and value for the other. Empathy becomes a natural given. Communication tends to become more positive and proactive as self awareness grows. Meditation is a wonderful tool for growing good social relations and for creating a good atmosphere of presence and connection in the community.
