So many times people say that they are too lazy to look after themselves or to exercise. Often people say that they do not have the time or money to “spend” on their physical and emotional wellbeing.
It’s not about the time, it’s not about the money, ultimately it is about self love. The love and respect for yourself that allows you to give your mind, body and spirit what it needs.

More sleep.
Movement – or more movement.
Healthier eating – is always an option.
Quiet time
Choosing relationships that are nourishing rather than draining
Seeking positive situations that make you laugh, smile feel good.
Stretch
Let go of one task you perform purely out of duty and guilt
All free and all easy – if you are willing to be good to yourself. Your body will take you far and even further when you care for it.
