This is a 20 minute practice – you can call it a meditation or a visualisation – either way your mind and body will understand the language of the rising sun. I use it to help myself come clearly into the present moment without the baggage of yesterday or the worries of tomorrow. Hope you enjoy it! If you do – please share it !
